  • For optimal convenience and to mitigate weather concerns, it is highly recommended to use interior spaces. If your event is outdoors, consider dedicating a shaded area, such as under nearby trees, to minimize direct sunlight exposure. Please measure the intended setup area, ideally providing dimensions of 20 feet in length, 16 feet in width, and 10 feet in height for the Bubble House. Smartphone measuring tools or a tape measure can be used for accuracy.

Ensure that the setup area is a flat, even surface without holes or divots. Our setup is suitable for grass, turf, concrete, asphalt, and pavement, but cannot be accommodated on dirt, mud, gravel, rocks, or mulch.

  • A: Yes, our Bounce Houses/Bubble Balloon Houses are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each rental to ensure that they are in top condition for your event.

  • A: Safety is our top priority! Before and after each use, we give our bounce houses a thorough check and a good cleaning. Our team knows the ins and outs of setting up and securing the inflatables following all the safety rules. We'll recommend the best spot for setup, like a nice patch of grass or a smooth pavement. Oh, and we'll make sure the area is free of any stuff that could trip someone up. We've got clear guidelines on how many can jump in at once and what age groups are good to go. If the weather's acting up, we'll chat with you about backup plans. And hey, we're fully insured and licensed, so you can bounce with peace of mind!

  • A: The Bounce House/Bubble Balloon House needs a power outlet within 50-100 feet of the setup area. For optimal safety and to prevent tripping the unit or blowing a fuse, it is recommended to use a dedicated outlet, meaning no other devices are connected to that outlet or circuit. Ideally, a 20-amp outlet is preferred, but we can typically work with a 15-amp outlet if that's what you have. We will provide suitable extension cords, and the distance should not exceed 100 feet. If you've added a generator to your reservation, you can disregard this requirement!

  • A: We get that kids can be a bit unpredictable, but we're all about keeping our play equipment top-notch. To make sure everything stays in great shape, we kindly ask for a few ground rules:

    Keep the shoes off.

No munching or sipping around the equipment.

    Keep the sharp stuff away.

Save the face paint, glitter, and confetti for another day.

Always keep an eye on the little ones.

And, of course, let the equipment hang out only in its designated safe spot!

If, by chance, something takes a beating or breaks beyond repair, we'll shoot you an invoice for the replacement cost. This applies if any of the agreed-upon rules get a bit bent. You'll have a week to square up the invoice, and just a heads up, we need those contracts signed before we start setting up the fun stuff!

  • A: Absolutely! Bringing in an attendant adds a fantastic touch to your party, ensuring everyone has a blast. Throughout the rental period, our attendant keeps a watchful eye on your guests' safety, ensures the bounce house stays spick and span, and pays attention to those custom details that make your event unique. It's worth mentioning that for most public parks, having an attendant is a must when renting a bounce house or inflatable, so you can kick back and enjoy the festivities worry-free!
